1. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• An incorrect product has been dispatched against your order.
• The product does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of order.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery.
• Damage caused due to improper installation or misuse.
• Orders where the customer has ordered an incorrect product or size and the same was confirmed at the time of order.

2. Return Request Process

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or phone.
• Please share clear photographs of the product and packaging at the time of raising the return request.
• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected at our end.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect dispatch, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

4. Replacement Where feasible, we offer a replacement of the product instead of a refund. This will be confirmed at the time of return approval.
5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
• For custom or made-to-order products, cancellations may not be accepted once manufacturing has begun. This will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.

5.2. Order Cancellation by Dhanlaxmi Sales Dhanlaxmi Sales reserves the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable.
• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed.
• The order could not be verified or confirmed due to incomplete details. In such cases, a full refund will be processed promptly.
